Is there a chart or some source of condensed information about the space weapons? I have absolutely no idea what some of the stuff I'm seeing be shot out of other escorts is, and it looks pretty bamf. Being an ST nut, I'm familiar with all the names, but not what they do in this game, and I just end up confused. My poor ship is flying around with rare phaser and quantum torpedoes instead of any of the random stuff, ha.
There's a list of debuffs for the various damage types. It doesn't have antiproton up yet but the % chance on that one is a chance for it to go straight through shields to hull.
As for the torps:
Photon: low impact damage, 6 second cooldown
Quantum: High impact damage, 8 second cooldown
Transphasic: average damage. does 50% damage to shields instead of the usual 25% which also doubles the bleedthrough.
Chroniton: Chance to kill enemy engines.
Plasma: chance to apply a sizeable damage over time effect. When used with the High Yield ability it produces a large torp that can be shot out of the sky. Not adviseable.
Tricobalt Device: not technically a torpedo so it can't be used with high yield, however it's normal fire does at least 4 times as much damage as any other torpedo as well as AOE damage. This thing is a monster. But it can be shot out of the sky and has a 1 minute cooldown.
