I am at Lt Commander Rank and wanted to upgrade from Light Cruiser to Cruiser. I have enough Energy Credits. When I try to BUY, I get a verification message if I want to buy a Cruiser, I replied "Yes", the credits were deducted but I can't find my new ship. Even when I went from Ensign to Lt Commander, I was supposed to get a new ship and I didn't get one. When I tried to go through the process to get a new Ship nothing happened. Maybe user error, but I can't buy a New Ship even when I have the credits and follow the Requisition Process at Earth Dock (second floor).:
