1. Reconfigure homing systems. Any torpedoes launched at the target will turn around and strike the firing ship. Redirected torpedoes bypass shields, do 300% normal damage and ignore all resists.

Tactical Skill, 15 sec duration, 45 sec cooldown. Available to Lt BOs and above.

2. Magnetic reflex shields. Any cannon or turret fire which strikes your shields will bounce off back to the firing ship. Redirected cannon and turret fire bypass shields, do 300% normal damage and ignore all resists

Engineering Skill, 15 sec duration, 45 sec cooldown. Available to Lt BOs and above.

I am positively certain that all cannon/turret/torpedo users will agree that these skills are perfectly balanced for exactly the same reasons that Feedback Pulse is perfectly balanced. Please discuss.

Feedback pulse should cause a 33% chance to disable the weapon firing at it and cause MINOR hull damage.

It makes no sense that hit damages hull and hugely, but doesn't affect the emitting weapon.
