There is nothing quite like the feeling of tearing meat from a bone.. ripping flesh asunder.. devouring the essence of an animal..

Fried... eggplant...

Now, I live in the South, where we fry everything, (including Pepsi, at the State Fair. Please don't ask.) but I can only imagine how god-awful eggplant would taste when fried.

And I'm going to second (third?) the suggestion that if a meal doesn't include meat, then it's not really food. If God didn't want us to eat animals, then he should have filled them with something less delicious.

It is actually very good, especially with some curry thrown in the batter.

This has got to be the best hoagie I've ever had.
When I read that thread title, I thought to myself, "Self, this person BETTER live in Pennsylvania or they don't know what they're talking about!"

Hehe. Yeah, we have some good food here in the Commonwealth, and I don't know that anybody calls it a hoagie anywhere else anyway.
