"Login failed for unknown reason" error

Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Teaming during Exploration missions is broken worse then before. Now Team members while they enter the same map are NOT in the same Instance. Plus both Team members freshly entering a New Exploration Cluster, such as Ralor in Cardassian space, upon turning Captain both show as having pre-existing missions running. This occurs with no Exploration system missions in either members journal.
No amount of system hopping results in the players entering the same System and Instance. We can however, as previously mentioned, enter the same System but NOT the same Instance.
Please fix this as soon as possible. Right now it is impossible for a Team of players to do any Exploration missions together. This is a serious issue which requires a correct and rapid response.
Having been the victim of this it is a royal pain in the ass, the inability to effectivly complete these types of missions together as a group really hurts gameplay in my opinion, come on cryptic please hurry and fix this.
