A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I don't know if anyone's noticed or not, but the emanation point for sensor and deflector dish on the T5 Recon Science Vessel is off. The point seems to be coming from somewhere off the saucer, close to the center/bridge area.
Anyone else notice this? Or is it just a glitch on my end?
