I don't remember this from the shows...

I'm a close-up Federation Tactical Officer. I use a close combat specialist kit, and a bat'leth. The issue comes in exploit attacks. Whenever I use Lunge as a killing blow, it disintegrates them.

Obviously, this is, in a way, kind of cool, but I doubt it's an "intended" feature. There should probably be a second exploit animation for death from melee exploits.

And yes, it really does look like you're falcon punching people. Go ahead, try it.

I find it mildly amusing.

I also like how if I have just the right ammount of ping+position relative to enemy that it looks like I'm rapidly chaining my moves together.
