Crew members phase through ground and disappear on missions

This makes the game very annoying. They walk for a bit, fall through the ground and get knocked out. Every. Single. Time. This happens the most on planet exploration ground missions, but not on base ground missions.

I've had that happen a few times as well. Annoying.
