I know the log in servers are shared with Champions Online but when I looked at my Bank account this morning it was charged as Champions Online and not STO.. at first glance I was like... "Hey wait a minute, i don't play that game"

think you guys can get your billing in order to say exactly what people are being billed for?

Agreed this needs to be addressed else they will be facing alot of chargebacks for people not knowing what CO is.

If it's too hard for them to have it go one game or the other, then they should at least change it to Cryptic Games or something like that. But best option would be to say it's for STO as you said.
