UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Made three characters and got all three of them to Admiral/General. All three of them had all ten of their BO's report to the bridge and assigned a station. Sometimes they would trade places with different stations, but at least they were all on my Bridge. I delete one of my Admirals to make a new one (Because I can not wait for respecs) and get him to Admiral. My final and last BO who was a very rare BO, never reported to the bridge.
I use the same bridge for all my ships, the Ceremonial Bridge. That bridge has enough space to hold all ten BOs. Even after days of hitting Admiral and enough game play to hit RA5, my BO has still not reported to the bridge.
Can anyone please help? Is there a fix, work around or am I just SOL?
