I don't want all of the skills from that rank. I would just like to a couple of more things to max out besides advanced escort. The anti-proton weapons and the fleet escort (since I'd like to have both Admiral level tactical ships).

I'm guessing you looked at your hull points in sector space, since i have 9 points in assault cruiser and have more hull than base.

I tested the respec on tribble what i found was when you have admiral/general skill at 9/9 and 7/9 you can only move 400 points at any one time as if it locks you to only allowing one max and one at 7, its like cryptic only wants you to have that for admiral/general and nothing else above.

Its obvious the pattern for skill progression is 10 grades in a rank. The balance feels about right to me before Admiral, but at RA5 I felt cut short as expressed already in this thread. I don't think unlimited skills is the answer, but allowing RA10 seems like the simplest solution using existing game features.
