I remember seeing, along with the others mentioned here, a reference made to Garak (from DS9), though they don't actually show the character.

Interestingly, I'm having a marathon of DS9 at this moment and it was interesting to know that Garak was actually his last name. I can honestly say that I thought he was only called by "Garak". lol

At DS9, Capt Kurland's friend is Elim Garak... and yes Garak is his last name for those who were curious.

Morn is still in Quark's bar on Deep Space Nine, in addition to that he can also be seen in the mission called "Temporal Ambassador."

Also in a time travel mission, Bones and Scotty make an appearance.
