Raw veggies, fruit... granola bars every now and again. Well.. that is NOW. Since coming back from Afghan I gained twenty pounds thanks to Guiness and Whiskey. So these days I am reaping what I have sewn. Cardio in the afternoon and lots of fish, chicken and water. And no booze. Booze bad. Veggie tray good.

I don't eat food at the comp, too much risk of getting food stuff all over the keyboard.
If I have a beverage it is in an out of the way spot so I don't accidentally knock it over.

I like to eat instant noodles, heck, thats what I'm doing now. But I also like a dish of targ meat, cooked with soysauce, and hot peppers. I occasionally also like a plate of gagh. And tribbles. Lots and lots of tribbles.

I did the same thing, quit eating at the PC. Lost 40+ pounds in 4 months. I'm on a roll! If I do eat at the PC, it's fresh veggies or fruit.

I try not to eat at my computer but when I can't help myself it's usually some peanuts or almonds or something that can't get all over my hands :p

Drinks on the other hand...are always at hand. I usually go with either water, dew, or preferably beer - Newcastle, Boddingtons, Belhaven (wee heavy is the BEST!!!)
