Raw veggies, fruit... granola bars every now and again. Well.. that is NOW. Since coming back from Afghan I gained twenty pounds thanks to Guiness and Whiskey. So these days I am reaping what I have sewn. Cardio in the afternoon and lots of fish, chicken and water. And no booze. Booze bad. Veggie tray good.
I like to eat instant noodles, heck, thats what I'm doing now. But I also like a dish of targ meat, cooked with soysauce, and hot peppers. I occasionally also like a plate of gagh. And tribbles. Lots and lots of tribbles.
