Okay, my Klingon character is Lt.C 3 and well the lvling is really slow. I see alot of klingon RAs soo... jw how you all did it so fast seeing that pvp is the only way to lvl up..

There is no PvP at lower levels.It gets better at captain till then it sucks TBO. Then the cardasian quests give pretty good XP also PvP picks up.

I can do cardasian quests at that lvl?

LTCmdr 10 or Captaion 1 I think.

in the early days (it sounds like the game has been out years i know) there was pvp at every lvl and so it was faster. However now i would suggest running whatever nebula mission you get at your lvl while waiting on the queue. you just have to grind it out
