We are a group of like minded players that feel the game is best enjoyed in a group. We work together to make the game more fun and to promote group play. Our goal is to make it possible for our members to always have the help they need to complete those hard missions and encounters.
1. Must be mature
2. Need to use Ventrilo (its easy to set up and a big help)
3. We take care of our own
4. Wear the fleet uniform
5. Have fun
We do all aspects of the game and don't tell you how to play. We always are well organized and willing to help out players. In fact officers in the fleet are required to help players that need help, but we like helping so its not a big deal. We use vent to better communicate. Everyone gets along and we have a variety of different characters and levels. We also have a good fleet bank established and no one is taking advantage of it. If you want fun and fair play join us!
We have players at all levels, so if you just finished the tutorial, or are an RA 5 expert, you are welcome.
Just give me a tell or add me as a friend if you are interested. You can also of course reply in this post.
I've been looking for a new game since Auto Assault ended a couple three years ago; looks like STO is it for now. I bought a limited edition of Auto Assault and the headset never worked. I have heard ventrillo through my speakers but never talked. I may be pursuaded to buy a headset (why settle I'd get a Razor set up) but before i spend my unemployment money I'd like to see if it's worth my while. I'm 43 and a Roofer (hot asphalt, rubber, TPO etc...) so I often need help with the computer stuff but I can be taught or trained. Cranky Old Guys seems like a possible fit for me. I'm a Fed eng RA-5 and after doing the daily's i am working up a KDF science toon. I'm interested in all aspects of the game and in other games have been a pack rat keeping items to help others. I'd also like information or to help provide information regarding builds, weapons , and skills (there isn't a clear description of what skills do, i know trying them is the best way to learn what's good and what's useless.).
Yes I do have a Vette 1991 full caged race car ready for wheel to wheel that I've built up since new in June of '92. It weighs 2760 #'s and has 386 rwhp.
I'll try to add folds to my friends list or e-mail me.
