"Login failed for unknown reason" error

Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
All Mk II Disruptor Ship Weapons, except the Dual Cannons and Dual Heavy Cannons, sold via the PvP Weapons Vendor have a requirements of "Lieutenant Commander" (T2) instead of no requirement. The PvE Weapons vendor does not offer Mk II Disruptor weapons other than the dual or heavy cannons.

Dual Disruptor Beam Banks Mk II
Disruptor Beam Array Mk II
Disruptor Turret Mk II
I also noticed when I scrolled into the Mk IV area of weapons, some of the Mk IV weapons were listed as Mk II (but use T2 badges). So there are also problems with the Mk IV pvp gear list as well.
