anyone had any issue with the train officer ability
when you get 9 ranks in certain powers, like torpedoes. you should unlock the ability to train other Bo's with high yield III but i dont think its working. Ive logged a ticker but anybody else having trouble?
My RA5 is ok as he got the abilities when i first started playing but ive been doing alts over the last few weeks and getting all 9 levels in a skill but not the option to train up others
