given this is a billing thread that we still haven't seen any sort of OFFICIAL response to I'd like to add a suggestion.

Cryptic, I know you run bot h Champions Online and Star Trek Online and I'm willing to bet that you use a single billing service to bill your players of both games. My suggestion:

Change the title of your charges to peoples accounts to Cryptic Studios or something like that for charges in accordance to both your games.

You're just going to cause confusion if you don't since on people's billing statements it will state "CS CHAMPIONS ONLINE" Changing it to just state Cryptic Studios and removing reference to Champions Online would be a better move to keep things crystal clear with the player base

thats nothing, ive just found out that my monthly fee charged to my paypal account was nearly £154 instead of my normal £10.34, ive sent a stupid crappy service ticket to try and get a response but no answer yet, ive sent an email to cryptic but no response, does anyone know if theres actually a contach phones number for the uk that i can reach someone on and sort it out!!!!

Are you sure that youy didn't accidently sign up for a year at once; when you thought you were signing up for 1 month recurring? Anyhow, if that's not the case that's a nasty error, and I hope it gets fixed for you.

nah, ive been paying montly fees of £10.34 since i started playing this game. ive know had to send them a screenshot of the payment as they say theve only taken £10.34, however my paypal account and credit disagree with them.

I had the same problem, then i phoned up cryptic. They told me to make sure i had some money in my bank account or Paypal, and i then got it working.

Id suggest ringing up cryptic
