Good afternoon. I hope you will take a moment and consider the Vulcan Kolinahr Fleet. Ours is a small but great (and growing) fleet. We are easy going, dedicated and friendly. We all come from different backgrounds and have different ways of doing things, but that’s part of what makes us great.
Anyone in our fleet is happy to help others when needed, in almost any aspect of the game. We have a fleet Ventrilo server that we use for voice chat not just in-game but also to hang out as well and get to know each other better (not required, just available). Many of us are located on the East Coast (USA) but we do have members scattered across the globe.
Although I say our fleet is dedicated, we also realize that everyone has lives as well, so therefore when you need to take the time, you don't need to be concerned about losing your position within the fleet due to RL. We do not discriminate against such things because we understand ourselves that sometimes real life issues and problems can take time to resolve, and some time is needed to sort things out.
So please think about joining us and move with us into 2409 armed with the best Intel, the most specific and targeted body of knowledge about STO, and a group of Fleet-mates who will be there with you in the crunch.
I'd like to tell you about our fleet, we are open to characters of all levels, we hope you take the chance to check us out and join us.

Who are we?
We mainly cater to the mature player. Players who have time restraints, family, spouses, full time jobs. Players who know what it's like to have bills and mortgages to pay. Players who know what "waggro" is (I just described myself!) We know real life commitments are a priority with older more mature gamers, and thus we'll never overload you with requirements, and expect you to jump through a bunch of silly hoops just to get a few hours of gaming in with your friends.
Some of our core values and offerings:
*A thriving healthy community, filled with activity. Members are encouraged to become involved and speak their minds. Everyone has a voice, and using it helps us grow wiser and gives us the means and information necessary to continually improve!
* Not just another guild, but an actual community for members to socially interact with other members on a personal level. I've made a good many friends through guilds, a few have even become real life friends. It's our mission to offer a respectable environment void of idiots and muppet heads (yes I said muppet heads...remember them??) to everyone who walks the path of adventure with us.
*A golden rule we believe in: Treat others as you would like to be treated. We like everyone to think of their fellow members and guild mates as family not just another number or body. Get to know your fellow guild mates, and most importantly treat each and every new member with respect. We're all on the same team and working for the same cause, It's important to know you can count on your new brother or sister in a pinch
* Officers - not an elite club. Officers are there for the people, and represent the masses. Officers earn their places among us, and are expected to earn their keep. At no time do we ever plan on making the officership a "cool club for kids".
These are a few of the basic values we carry with us, whatever the cause or game may be, these will always travel with us.
Below is our guild summary.
Guild Name: The Hammerfist Clan - [THC] [HFC] [HGC]
Guild Website: hammerfistclan.com | net | org
Main Time Zone: [USA]
Web Admin: Brakkish
About Us:
We're an adult guild looking for mature members age 18 or older. We're a social/casual guild passionate about our gaming. How you choose to spend your gaming time is up to you. Dictating how and when you need to play is not our style, we understand part-time gamers with full-time lives.
It's our goal to provide a friendly, stress free environment in which to enjoy the game. If you are looking to join us, some things you should keep in mind are: We value friendship over loot and hoarding. Guilds can be an excellent place to meet new friends and share good times and experiences that keep with you for years. Squabbling over loot has no place here. Providing a decent environment, void of riff-raff and distractions is an A-1 priority in any MMO we play. Leaving the drama behind and entering a world of fantasy and fun is what it's all about.
Guild category: Adult 18+
Voice: Yes, Ventrillo - lightspeed
Recruiting members status: Open to friendly adults 18 years of age or more.
Server type: Apache - Linux [stable, secure, reliable]
Forum Software - Vbulletin with a professional license. [see why we use the best]
I suggest you take a look at Fleet 187. We have both PvP and PvE Divisions as well as a small contingency of RP players. Our membership spans the continental US so we usually have someone hanging around online. The 1-8-7 uses vent, has a website with a forum and schedules weekly meetings and events. Check it out at fleet187.com. I think you'll be glad you did.
The 12th Fleet is a group of people assembled from all around the world each bringing something to this community of friendly and fun Starfleet officers assigned to starbase Valhalla, an experimental space station along the Klingon/Federation border. An area filled with new challenges to overcome. These proud men and woman who have proven themselves time and time again in their respective fields will endeavour to uphold the fleets values and motto: Praecessi qua nemo has absentis pro and uphold the Constitution of the United Federation of Planets.
New members are asked to choose a division based on their preference of what they like to do in game. Once they have done this they will be assigned to that division.
If you want to play in a fleet with people who have years of Real life and MMO leadership experience then don't hesitate and join.
Our focus
We focus on a variety of things making it possible to do what interests you. Your wishes come first.
PVP: Take the fight to the enemy and participate in the organised events where we fight other fleets from the Klingon Empire in the neutral zone or where ever we might encounter them and show them that there will be no surrender, and no retreat.
PVE: Are you not the combat oriented type, fear not because we will set up raids, assist each other with group missions and advice. You are never alone in the 12th Fleet, someone will always be there to offer a helping hand.
RP: Have you always dreamed of being that intrepid doctor or that skilled Starfleet engineer? Now you can! The 12th Fleet has some players that enjoy the occasional RP and have written entire biography's about their characters and bridge crew.
If you haven't decided yet, you may want to take a look at the 528. We are a mature casual Fleet, looking for players that enjoy the social aspect of STO, along with working as a team for both leveling and the STF content.
