They obviously arent "weekly", since Cryptic doesnt post one every week. So to answer your question, whenever Cryptic is ready.

Assuming they are actually relevant to the game and not just silly questions, yes. I only say that thinking back to some of the older polls on the website(about favorite captains and such).
