Probably...and I'm just guessing here...Feedback on C-Store and Promotion items....

That would be my guess. Which would make sense when one considers how much "debate" the last few promotions have created in the general discussion forums. It looks like this is being used to discuss any and all future promotions and c-store items that are bound to be added to the game.
