I have noticed that when I go to deep space encounters (DsE's) in the Zeta Andromeda Sector Block (also when I am taken to them by signal contacts), I often lose all weapons and a dialog appears with two choices on it, "warp" and "dismiss". It is as though I have gone to the edge of the map, only I have not gone to the edge at all and sometimes there are enemies in my vicinity.

I have used the bug reporting tool to report it but it seems as though I am the only one who has this problem.
It has not happened in DsE's in other sector blocks. Sometimes all weapons stoip working and other times all weapons do not work except for mines.
