I like many other Liberated Borg drones have chosen Neural blast as a trait.
It wasnt so bad in the early stages when the blast did significant damage. But as I grew through the ranks, the blast stayed the same power. Surely I would of developed this skill as i prgessed.
I would like to think that I can increase this power to become more powerful.
Yes this is an issue essentially you are spending a trait on a Ground Combat skill and it never improves the same applies to Nerve Pinch (3 minute timer) Mind Meld and I'm guessing Telekinesis. They should improve as we level so they are actually worth spending a trait on especially Nerve Pinch which has way too long of a timer.
I would rather see neural blast become a Confuse power...
However, as for it scaling, I would prefer that as a player progresses their traits get upgraded as well.
Thus going from the normals to 'superior' versions and maybe even a further level specific to players. Superior Neural Blast is already in the game as its going to be coming with the Borg BO, as is superior Nanites.
I dont find Neural blast that good, the short range makes it 99% useless except against melee targets and even then the power is a last ditch effort. Might be a bit helpful if it was counted as an expose attack.
