# 1 Runabout and Flier

Here's an idea.

Since DS9 offers a Danube Class Runabout for purchase, why don't they add the Delta Flier from Voyaver? It wouldn't be a hard thing to do since they already have the Runabout. Just mod the skin to have it look like the Delta Flier and then set it up for purchase. What do you think?

They Delta Flyer was custom built by Tom Paris, it's not an officially sanctioned Starfleet design (even in the STO universe).

And a constitution class refit with a ghetto excelsior hull is?

I think it would be cool to have one, even if it was an RA5 version of the run about.

Then they just need to ad some runabout and shuttle missions. Those were always very cool and personal episodes, often strengthening the bonds between the 2 or 3 officers involved.

Id like things like this to be dropped into season2 etc , add some shuttles etc , give us variety everywhere , including uniforms etc.

How about these ideas for ingame mods -

1. Allow a Runabout to be stored in a ship's device slot. You could then fly it at will (or through some skill) or escape in it before your ship is destroyed.

2. Runabout PVP. Ships equiped with the exact same setups. Victory would depend soully on your personal skills in space combat.

3. Mini ingame Runabout races.

Any of those would be so awesome! but they probably wont implement any good ideas like that

That's a great idea, but what happens to your ship when you switch over?
