Its not about dsibelief...its about mis-use and putting more on the ability than it should and more than it has has been demenostrated in canon. Its making a point that this is an example of the Harry Potter wizardry path that the Devs are traveling too far down.

Photonic Fleet was a great skill choice...but it was given too much offensive ability, mimicing a skill utilized in their super-hero genre. Photonic Fleet is a superb diversionary tactic, great for creating an opening to exploit. But the idea of having these holograms operate on par with real ships is too much. PH ships appear to hit harder and have better defenses than the fighters carried by Carriers.
