# 1 Where is Space?

Seriously where exactly is this ability to "boldly go where no man has gone before"?

It seems that wherever you go, the last sector is a cloudy box which you call a nebula, and you can't go beyond that.

I haven't progressed much, but by the looks of the map and all that, it seems there is no Delta quadrant...

I'd love the game to have much more areas to explore. Maybe random wormholes that pop up and force you to get sent to the other side of the galaxy. Then, you'd have to fend off lots of enemies and eventually find some random communication base or something. Contact starfleet then get more missions on your way back.
It would be really fun if it would be more realistic like having like an hour or more travel time to the Sol system from the furthest point away.

It seems like WoW's map is larger. And this is Space!!!!!

Star trek is meant to be about exploration, and there is no exploration... Just fighting.

Overall, I like the game, and I like Star Trek. And while I'm still progressing, I see people getting bored and I don't want that to happen to me. :/
There is a lot of potential, and I hope more content is added.

yea they did a poor job on that but they seem to be getting there patches down. I think they way they did nebula / clusters was a big waste of severs resources.

You can boldly go where everybody else has been, unless you do explores. In that case you boldly go where you have been before.
Make sure you wait your turn, and don't skip inline :p

It's funny when I find Cardassian True Way out in Gamma Orionis (should be nothing but Borg out there and they should be VERY scary). More like CE Fleet Actions at every DSE with a periodic one showing up at Battle Group Omega.

They need to shrink the icons and add 10x as many full solar systems. "Charting" missions (ideally best done by science ships, with cruisers next in efficiency and escorts not being good at it, at all) would involved flying around various check points in a system, scanning this and that (ideally from inside the ship taking a good amount of time).

Space has been crammed into a shoe box.
