I do hope theres more than just sol starbase npc fix going on here.

I just did three explores for eridon nebula klingon side and no credit for the explore mission . slowing down klingon lvling again

well a couple of days ago i popped into the captains table and the npc's were all over the place. lounging on the floor, sitting on the backs of the couches..to be honest this is not becoming of an officer!
i saw a klingon general talking to an imaginary friend !! go figure...
and dont ask me what the admiral was letting her do here..

Ladies and Gentelmen the maintenance is complete.
Now this was strictly a "reset everything so it works right" maintenance, there was no additional game changes.
