Where these claimed before or after the June 15th patch???
(I have a character where all the BOs had 'Multi-Spatial' Personal Shields, and 2 Red Matter Capacitors for the ship which I grabbed during the short window when the 'Perk' claim limitations were disabled. Once items have been grabbed, they are not retro-actively removed...)
correct but you still can claim the shields and RMC on other toon, thats how the galaxy x work each toon can have one at a time.
I submitted a ticket about this on June 22, 2010 (#896726). Here is my question:
"Can you tell me if the Galaxy X is available to all my characters just like other c-store and promotional items? If not, the confirmation will help me decide which toon to claim it on. Thank you. "
Here is the customer service response I received today:
"The Galaxy X would be available to all characters when rewarded through the referral program. Currently though the Galaxy X is unavailable through the C-Store due to a bug that is being worked on as this moment. "
