I just read it's supposed to be on every char but I can't unlock for my other characters. And I AM not spending another 2k Cryptic points to buy it on other characters!
Just to be sure, are you looking in the "Special Unlocks" for it, or under somewhere else... because I've seen it cost money in other tabs after I've claimed it and dismissed it, but was free under the special unlocks, don't know if that applies to other toons as well.

Not so. I logged into my second character and on the feature screen was the Galaxy X for 2000 Cryptic Points. It was wanting me to pay 2000 cryptic points again. My understanding from Atari this is account wide. Nothing under special unlocks.
