A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I can't go to any of the places that are normally restricted on trial accounts (and attempting to do so logs me out), but i just bought the full game, digital deluxe edition. I put in a ticket but have received no response for a while. I Also can't go to ship bridges, can't go to Risa, can't leave the Sirius sector block, and so forth but should be able to. keeps telling me couldnt transfer charecter
to transfer to a full account you needed to have done all these things
1. Enter a retail key from game purchase
2. selected a recurring subscription plan (subscription is required to play)
3. enter a payment method for the subscription credit card palpay or game time card.
4. have the payment method validated and verified.
then you have an active full account with 30 days bonus time. If using a credit card or paypal then you are not charged until after the 30 day bonus time. If gametime card the 30 days are added tothe time of the game card.
if you did all the above then you will have to wait until billing can look at your ticket and account to see why you have not been activated for a full acount.
