1. Listen & Interaction. If if they say "no, we can't do it right now", they've added it to their to-do list.
2. News - We've always got a response. Even if it is "server is down due to a power outage"
3. Content - I haven't even played through all of it, becuase I deleted my RA char. Becuase the game is that good.
4. Combat - alright, it needs tweaks, but it's a lot better than any other game I have tried.
Long time I am played only Eve(5 years) & WAR(1,5 years),both game are better then STO(my opinion)..for now.
I dislike in game; hardly instancing; only arena pvp(prefer open pvp with territory capturing); we has half galaxy,two quadrant but space is still ridiculous small...
As ST tv show fan I can only say ;Go...Cryptic...Go...! I am here for long time.
For future content cryptic should to know I wish play Star Trek Online not some Space Game Online
