I had a silly idea that 'maintenance on the Cryptic Account system' would have included the fix to this almost 2-month old bug. But it seems I was waaaaaaaaay too optimistic.

I just feel like my friends and I have been punished by the referral system rather than helped and feel that making the perks available to everyone to buy before I can even get them just mean.

Still no word on any fixes... looking forward to season 2 though.

I'm only waiting on a holotribble and holo-BO. You must have worked really hard to get enough of your friends on board for the new shippy. Its so silly.

Anyway, I'm not playing at the moment. I know it sounds silly, but all this has shaken my trust in STO. So I'm playing CO. wel, it makes sense in my head lol :p

Because two of my friends still stay cancelled I am missing out on the ship and the refferal refund and it has been broken for well over a month when my friends accepted the code I sent them.

Still waiting for a fix! My ticket was submitted on May 10th, and each time I've asked about it, I've been told to be patient! We've all been far, far more patient than we should have to be!

What is going on??

i already send them 2 tickets, but when its not fix when i come back form my vacation.
i gonna spam tickets every day!

my 2 tickets are 'closed' and there status is resolved.

and still no cpoints.... i really hope this account maintenance resolve / fix this

I asked Support - again - for an update, and got this cut & paste reply once more:

Come next week, it'll be almost 4 months since I submitted my ticket. I think that's an unreasonable time to be 'patient'.
