Still waiting for a fix! My ticket was submitted on May 10th, and each time I've asked about it, I've been told to be patient! We've all been far, far more patient than we should have to be!
What is going on??
i already send them 2 tickets, but when its not fix when i come back form my vacation.
i gonna spam tickets every day!
until i get my stuff, i have been patient, but my patient is running low right now.
I asked Support - again - for an update, and got this cut & paste reply once more:
We are aware of this issue and are working on getting it resolved. At the moment we do not have any work arounds or an ETA on when it will be resolved, but we are working to get it fixed as quickly as possible. For now we can only ask for you patience, and we hope your friend is enjoying Star Trek Online.
Come next week, it'll be almost 4 months since I submitted my ticket. I think that's an unreasonable time to be 'patient'.
I would still like an update to this, please. Implausible? Anybody?
