Cryptic and the Govt have a lot in common:
1) Give them money, just dont expect anything in return.
2) If you have an issue, we choose to ignore it in hopes it will go away.
3) File a complaint (Ticket), you will never hear back from us.
4) If we can find a way, we will nickle and dime you to death.
5) SHUT UP AND LIKE IT!
