I have just been informed that if you have 5 completed referrals (With a status of "Billed") as of July 23rd, you should now have your bonus C-Store Points!

I wish I had the Billed status on my referrals... I have at least one Lifer I've referred, and by my math with the captain's logs of 3 other of my referrals, I should have at least 4 right now.
CS has been less than helpful in the matter. I think I'm on permanent hold.

That sounds horrible!

I don't understand what would keep support from fixing it though?

I can't imagine it being an issue with changing a few values in the database.

You are correct the points are now on my Account. Thanks for the heads up. Now to go buy everything thats account wide. And will avoid everything thats per character. Thanks again.

Lots of us have this problem. We're told they don't currently have the software tools to make manual fixes to Referal Accounts, and to be patient - even though they don't have an ETA.

Almost 4 months now, and counting.
