We've become aware of a problem affecting users who are trying to resub to Cryptic Studios Products using a game time card once their account has become inactive for some time. We are aware of this problem and are working to have it resolved as soon as possible.
If you currently use a game time card to pay your subscription fees, please be careful to not let your account lapse to avoid any possible interruption of service.
Please hold on to your game time cards if you are affected by this error, and keep an eye on this thread for more information as we have it.
1) It appears that this problem is only affecting a small percentage of those trying to re-subscribe to STO or CO right now.
2) We've also seen a display error with the "Next Bill Date" field. Please be aware that this is only a display error, and that your subscription time is updating correctly. We're working on getting this resolved as well.
