One of my Captains, a Fed Engineer, can't re-spec, even though I have four tokens. Every time I try at Earth Station, I get an error message. Can someone plz help me w/ this? I have sent both a bug report and a GM Ticket. X(
Well, lag can be intermittent. If you were able to respec another character (especially a klingon, as that side of the fence seems to be less populated, thus resulting in less lag) then lag could be the culprit.
Before trying to respec your character next time, maybe you should try changing instances to one less populated? Not a solution to the overall problem, obviously, but it might at least help you get the job done...
