Hi..

I just received an email from the game informing me that my bridge officers was returning to me because sale has expired. ok.. it's normal. But the problem is that I could not recovered them in the mail, they did not appeared in my inventory, nor in my character sheet ...

I wrote a ticket ingame and the answer that a GM gave to me by ticket was that they know this issue and working on it, but they cannot do anything for me Oo

So my new question : Must I understand that I just lost all my Bridge Officers that I just put in sale and that it is impossible for Cryptic to give them back to me? You have no server log for that ?

If I put a Bridge Officier in the exchange and take the risk of losing him permanently if he does not sell, I find it very sad
