not bad, I assume you're gonna clean up the Dread and remove the mold lines and such? Also, I am unsure of how they're done these days, but have you glued the dreads arms on? Or you keeping them so you can swap them about depending on the situation?

I haven't glued the arms on. Not necessarily for swapping, but for painting.
And I haven't glued on the marines guns for precisely the same reason - painting.
well, if the dread's guns don't have to be glued, don't glue it, I make a point of not gluing multi-option weapons on all my vehicles, so I can have the option to swap out weapons depending on the environment and mission.
Have you ever considered running your 1st Company using the Dark Angels 'dex, with Deathwing rules?
Or do you use Logan and the "Wolf Wing" build from the Space Wolves 'dex for them?
I've never fielded them as an army, to be honest. Hadn't really planned on it, either. I guess I could try some Loganwing at some point for fun, though.

The AoBR dread's arms aren't really compatible with the regular models, but you don't need to glue them on to keep them on, at least.

I'd recommend running Deathwing rather than Loganwing. I'm working on a 1500 point Deathwing list, and while some upgrades are a little bit wonky in the point costs, you have a bit more freedom with your equipment loadouts.

This. The AoBR dread is fitted totally differently from the regular Dread box. I actually had to make quite a few modifications to my AoBR Dread's body to make regular Dread arms fit.
