right after they nerf beams, considering unlike a beam attack my cannons are only good within 5km and only dangerous at 2km. Anything past 5km and farther out and those cannons might as well be shooting ping pong balls.

I perosnally dont mind RSP in it's newest form. I do however think the stacking makes it overpowered. Cooldowns are not shared and so you really can pop 1 for 15 secs then wait a few more then pop another for 15 secs and for some people with 3 wait a few secs and pop another for 15 secs by the time the last one is down you really only have to hold on a few more secs before the first cool down is done and RSP is back up again. Rinse and repeat.

Dont Nerf the skill... Nerf the cooldowns!!!!

If by "wait a few" you mean wait 45 more seconds, then yeah, ok.

The cooldown on the second BO skill is only 45 seconds from the pop of the first. So by a few seconds I mean 30 seconds of RSP down before second is available. If the cooldown is supposed to be 90 seconds. you only have to have the RSP down for 30 instead of 90 you reduce the cooldown by a min with a stack.

RSP is find as is. Use Target Beam Sub Shields to counter it. You just need to learn how to win.
