Though I like the idea of Fleet Support 2 on my ship, I must say it sucks and I never get the chance to use it. Since it won't let you activate till your shields have gone down 50%, once your at 50% your shields have been lost and your dead in less then a second (at least me that is). In the amount of time it takes to activate the command button for it, I die and then it has a 15 min recharge. They should have it activate when your shields are at 75% and not 50%.
