The first thing I am looking for in a fleet is a little patience and compassion.
I already applied to a fleet and was rejected only because I was not online fast enough for them.
I work long shifts at night, 9 to 12 hours and sometimes I sleep through a lot of the "weekend" because I am so tired. I only get the one day off, Sunday. The other days I work a full day or part of a day because I work on both sides of Midnight. The times that I am online, there are often very few people there. I had joined a fleet three times and found when I am online no one else is there in the fleet. I do not always get online when at home, I also play other games.
I enjoy other things than playing the game, 1.) Helping others who need help, 2.) Playing in a group or team.
I also like to meet other people.
The things I do not do well in are taking tests. The mind goes blank and I feel like someone is standing over my shoulder waiting for a mistake. I do not like being judged, compared with others, or set up against a set of criteria (template) that I do not even know what they are.
I guess I will keep looking.
