A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Except the Borg BO that offers the space combat bonus ...
Can get uncommon Saurian Boffs and maybe the KA Borg BO that has the same bonus. Difficult or expensive, but it is an option without paying real money.

The Tribbles that offer buffs ... (which are the ONLY way Klingons can get buffs of that nature)
Can buy tribbles from the exchange or breed them that are as good as C-store tribbles and obtain most c-store tribbles by playing on the Test server. Besides Klingons should not have tribbles, but targs and other vicious animals. Orions are allowed to have tribbles.

The Excelsior that offers a BO setup unique to the game ...
And hopefully the Anti-Cloak PVP winning tech of the Nebula very soon.
Will be able to obtain these through the game just like the refits if they are not available already.

True for Klingons, Feds have uncommon Saurians. But I don't think the +1 to a few systems has won any battles yet. Still, there should be more efficient BO's in the game for both sides.

The only Tribbles that offer their buffs to Klingons are those you could also get from the test server. The pre-order Tribble doesn't.

True, they should release a T5 heavy cruiser retrofit for energy credits, yesterday.

That will probably be available in game but very expensive so it makes sense to buy it in the C-Store. It's not really optimal....
....but in the end none of this is needed to play the game. We'll see about the Nebula, how good the detection is, how long the cooldown etc. I hope it won't be too much of an advantage on the Fed side of PvP battles.
We love the game or not , fact is op is correct.
The c store has hurt cryptic more than they realise , I know tons n tons who are leaving when kotor is out because of the money pinching.
I'm quite bewildered at the negetive response you have received from most replies here so here is my 2 cents
Seriously? Is it really that difficult to grasp that MMO's have seen a 300% return (not exaggerating) from micro transaactions, and be perplexed at their role in todays MMO market? It's not changing dude. Nothing you say or do or protest will change it. Learn to live with it, it could be MUCH worse.
No offense but none of the thing mentioned here ARE NEEDED to play the game. They might add some flavor to the game but that about it. Nothing more. Like some have already say, unless they force us to buy thing to unlock sector, mission, it's fine...
If you believe other wise... They have a C-Store for you

No offense but the items mentioned give a gameplay advantage. A real in-game advantage that you acquire for paying RL money. That's more than flavor. That's gameplay advantage. If you believe otherwise ... there are some games out there that are F2P with MT's being the primary advancement resource that I think you ought to try.
Why should Klingons have tribbles? Tribbles are the greatest enemy that the Klingons have. There are very few races that the Klingons have used orbital bombardment on. The fact that the test server tribbles are available is pushing it.
A Targ breeding feature would be a more appropriate idea than allowing Klingons to have tribbles. There should be Targ of Borg, Fluidic Space Targ, Chilled Targ, Photonic Targ, and others.
