i have a problem to buy a bridge set or anything else in the c-store. My account has 340 Points and the site shows me only an option to buy some cryptic points. I don`t understand that because my c-points are enough to by a galaxy brigde set for example.

ich habe ein Problem im C-Store. Ich kann weder ein Brückenset oder etwas anderes kaufen, obwohl ich 340 Punkte Guthaben besitze. Gibt es hier ein Minimum an Punkten oder ist dies ein temporärer Fehler im Store?

ooops, i`ve seen that i only can buy things in the game and not at the website. So this Thread can be closed.
You buy items from the c-store in-game not from the website. There's a down-arrow key on the right side of your map UI. It's the same key you use to access Fleet information or visit your bridge. You'll see a C-Store option there. If you click it you will see all the possible things you can buy from the C-Store; and it will let you buy them from there.
