There have been people who have tried to teach me there way of doing things, but the majority attack you, talk garbage and when ive seen then in pvp, dont play any better than anyone else ive seen.
well i have personally tried helping you through PM, but you chose to ignore some key points of my message.

If you would like, I can arrange for a time that we are both on, and i can run through your ship, and figure out whats going on.

my escort captain may only be RA3, but in the fleet im in, i'm one of the most dedicated, and one of the top escort pilots around, and have a fairly moderate VA cruiser build. I can count the number of players i havent been able to strip down solo when im not being bashed by 3BoPs and a cruiser/carrier on one hand.

I test each of my builds against other dedicated PvP players in my fleet, pitch my ships in combat against both Fed and Klink players in 1 on 1, and even 3 on 1 matches to test out things such as durability, firepower, ability to quickly dispatch opposition, and even more importantly- i even work out new combat maneuvers and combination abilities to try out with teams and in my fleet.

PvP is a commitment that only the dedicated will spend the time required to improve. You told me that through full shields, you were copping 100% of the damage from ships through full shields buffed with BO abilities. I ask for you to bring up evidence of that claim- there is nothing to be gained from people using cheats/hacks on PvP in this game- especially since there is no such thing as stat tracking, developer organised tournaments, and all the other things that the competitive multiplayer online games offer. If they cheated, they would gain absolutely nothing from it. show me some logs of these instances of this said player doing full 100% damage to your hull through full shields, and i will chew on my own shoe after walking through the dog minefield known as my backyard

Geez, your kinda gung ho...i like it.....although I wouldnt think anyone would take PvP that seriously. Still, Im up for testing any theory that helps me improve. If you can put up with a little lunacy.....i say lets Disco!

After having played my LTC science alt-BoP and getting my butt handed to me (as well as the PuG in was in) twice in a row in arena pvp, can I now complain on the OP nature of the fed ships - or is there a waiting period and paperwork I must complete first?

I am unsure of the procedure for "crying OP ", do I cry against the general nature of the feds, a specific ship or a specific combo of Boff powers used?

The substance of the complaint isn't as important as the tears. If you can't cry you won't ever get anything.

Wow twice in a row? Took you long enough. You're very irresponsible for not immediately bringing this to our attention after the first loss!

I'm new to this and learning the ropes still.
So do I jump and scream while ranting or can we assume thats a given?
I don't want to get out-cried in my nerf crying otherwise I'll have to dredge up mainly insubstantial examples of why my crying is valid and cry some more.
Don't make me use psuedo-science based theories and conjectures, cause I will!!!
(looks upward left) I mean come on, does that look like the face of an unreasonable person?

Well.... I was embarrassed over the sudden loss of ego. I didn't know where to go or who to turn too!!
I may need cryptic to provide loss acceptance grief counseling!! I can't take it!!! Somebody is at fault for my losses damnit!!! I'll find that game-hacking, exploiting exploiter (picks up golf clubs, greens fee and car keys) and make them pay for making me feel like a loser!! Devs hear my cries!!!!!~!!

I really find it hard to say this stuff with a straight face, but this is basically what I hear everytime somebody yells nerf, hack or cheat.

You must work on building up your ego. Once it is strong enough, it will never even occur to you that a loss could be due to anything other than blatant game imbalance and/or hacking.
