If we have 3D space battles,why ships do not have ventral and dorsal shields?
It will be more realistic.

Yes, it would be more realistic but also more complicated for people to keep track of; and more difficult to adjust energy to shield areas. For some people keeping track of some 25-30 different abilities and 6-8 weapons is hard enough.

just add side look for dorsal and ventral shields over standard shields indicator and get taht indicator smaller.
no big deal.
so taht we can use real attack vectors and exploit dorasl and ventral shield attacks.
and we deffintily need a Starfleet command 3 ship equip screen.
with forward,starboard,portside and rear weapon slots.

you can exploit the top and bottom of the shields, it takes longer to rotate the ships shield s if the ships equitorial region is facing the the enemies so if the enemy aproaches high or low up and away in a cruiser or down and away will allow to get a different facing shield in the line of fire quicker.

as for attacking the fact that the facing shields are enveloped manuvering at around 5 from the target allows in a orbital allows a the ship (especially cruisers) to stay on one shield by matching the targets rotation. for escorts this allows you damage a shield on a side pass circle and come from the rear at a 90 degree to the fore and drop one more salvo in the shield before running away for another pass takes almost the exact amount of time to preform as photons cycle. approach low 1 km below and as you pass increase to max speed climb and turn left or right depending on the targets rotation at 1-2 on pass then set a cource for just in from of the ship ideally at the target should be roughly around 500m away and just under you expoasing the shield you attacked. you have to options: 1) if your not being attacked match seed and collode with the ship while firing untill the pop. 2) run
science ships have the biggest defencisve benifite they can rotate the shields even quicker taking a voley on a different face forther spreading the damage ore consistantly while buffing others.

as i remember,in satr trek nemesis was shoed dorsal and ventral shield as separate shield systems.
that give us 6 shield zones in total.
because,4 shield zones would make dorsal and ventral parts weak.
and shield emmiters would need way more power to keep them working.
