I can't use the Foundry on Tribble.

Yesterday it worked fine. I logged on Tribble and decided to check out the foundry. Declined the EULA because of the whole legal wording that I didn't immediately understand and checked the Forums and got my questions answered.

But now it won't let me use Foundry at all. Is the EULA a one time think that when you decline it once you are screwed? I wanted to accept it now and build my own missions.

Any help would be great.
