every single time I try to log in, it says the connection has timed out.
I then check to make sure the free online Star Trek Demo was under My Products in the My Account, and it wasn't there. so I went through Support, and found a link to click that should put it under My Products. I clicked the link, and all it says was "Your account does not qualify for the demo."
the problem is, I've logged on once before, and I know for a fact that the Demo was under My Products then. so what has happened? help!
