ok so i have a question about fleet event taps and also your GM management. OK about 4 to 5 months ago we had a member rage quit on our fleet. They left many events in our fleet event tap that were recurring once a day/week. so the feet event tap is full of even, that we cant take off of the event tape because it comes up as (unowned) when event our leader trys to take it over to delete it. this has been a real pain in our fleet for a while now, Question can you erase our whole fleet tap so we can start over. Ok now for the GM's why is every time we report this we get a typical cookie cutter response which is almost the same every time, that you know the problem and that the GM,s are not the ones that fix it and hopefully someone is development will. the worst part one of the most resent times our fleet has put in a request we actually got a real person as opposed to the cook cutter response, the person actually asked us more questions about the problem a seemed genially interested in our problem. it also seemed that it was a dev that got the email. we were very happy and were even wondering who this guy was so we could promote him on the forums and in game. we felt that finally someone cared about what was happening so we sent back a reply with all the answers to the questions asked. and eagerly waited for a reply....... much to our sadness we got the same exact cookie cutter response we have gotten for the past 4 months.
