As per title. Just come back to the game and realised I've made a hash of my skill purchases.

You must visit Lt. Commander Okret at Earth Space Dock.

Everytime you reach a new rank you get a free respec token. If you are out of free tokens you can either respec by paying with merits (I believe that's what you can use) or buying another token through the C-Store.

Respec at the center of ESD at the skill trainer. Use the free tokens you get when you level up, or buy them at the c-store if you need more.

Cheers. How do you check how many merits and exploration badges you have?

Press "I" on your keyboard to open up the inventory. Then click the Assets tab.

Respec tokens are also part of the 100 and 400 day veterans rewards.

There is also a PC skill trainer in the DS9 Exchange room. Klingon skill trainer can be found in the combat training room in the Great Hall of Qo'noS.
