I'm having a really annoying bug that is happening and I can't figure out what's triggering it.

For some reason, if I press "enter" it changes from windowed to full screen mode, and back again.

Anyone know a fix for it?

it's your alt key that is stuck. Sometimes when you change windows (going from client to your browser and back for example) your ctrl and alt keys can get stuck. Hit ctrl and alt a few times while in game and it should fix your problem.
